With our easy-to-use directory, contact and website Information, specialties and Referral Fee Paid are at your fingertips - you're already working with the seller ... why shouldn't you help the seller find an agent you can both work with? Membership Requirements and Benefits Requirements: Membership is open to Licensed Real Estate agents in the United States and Canada. Members must have access to the Internet Access and to eMail. Dues are paid annually, and are based on the number of listing categories you choose. Access to our directory is open to the public, but at a future date Referral Fees Paid are available only to members with access by general password, eMailed quarterly. Benefits: members receive a first-in first-out directory entry display, with hot links to both a personal web site and email. Eventually, only members will be able to access referral fee information. Cost of Membership Directory costs are by City. Annual cost is US $25 for up to 6 cities (and just $6 for each additional block of (one to six) cities - email additional cities for manual inclusion, or include a list in the comments below). Payment may be made by Check, Money Order, or VISA/MC.
