Now providing FREE "basic" membership. Realtors can now sign up for a free basic membership - this provides a basic directory entry, a hot link to your website and cross-reference entries for your specialties and up to SIX cities. Our "enhanced" membership displays more information about you, hot links to your website AND your email address, and sorts in a section above the free entries.

Returning Members: Enter your USERID or EMAIL ADDRESS and PASSWORD in the "Sign In" box at the left. If your membership has lapsed, click "Click here to renew your membership" and follow the prompts. You can change your membership type from FREE to ENHANCED or from ENHANCED to FREE by selecting the appropriate options on the renewal screen.

Buyers and Sellers can search our directory by location and specialty to find an agent who knows what they need (Real Estate agents have specialties just like anyone else), and then review their Internet presence ... see their websites, listings and so on. No need to "submit a form" to a faceless referral agency - you choose!

Real Estate Agents can search our directory for an agent to whom they can refer. Best of all, member agents can even determine the referral fee paid when the transaction closes.

We don't charge a referral fee because OIP is not a licensed Real Estate agency. Instead, we charge member agents a modest fee to be included in our directory. Only licensed agents and OIP members will be able to read the referral fees paid to referring realtors ... access and information.
